Just BE! Newsletter – Issue 17 – “The New Nigeria Project: God at work!”

Dear friends,
Nigeria is 45! Rejoice evermore! Nigeria is gradually entering the fullness of God’s plan and purpose for her. I’m glad that we (i.e. you and I) are a part of the success story. Nigeria shall BE!
As at October 2004, I mentioned in that month’s letter that certain God-ordained dramatic changes were going to take place in Nigeria. We have seen some of them. However, what is imperative at this point in time is that now that Nigeria has entered into its 45th year, this year is very strategic in the history of Nigeria.
I perceive that the new move of God upon Nigeria entails the following:1. As a Nigerian, the culture of doing right (i.e. righteousness) at all times must be a part of our culture. We must eschew evil in all its forms. This will accelerate, especially now that God is ready to bring upon us, prosperity in such a manner that is far more than what we have never imagined before. The key to this is being and doing right at all times. God will cause us (i.e. Nigeria and Nigerians) to be attractive to the world in our entirety. (Psalms 45:7-17)2. There will be more positive restructuring and realignment in the government of Nigeria. God’s hand will be extended in the workings of the government as we continue to make prayers for those in leadership positions in Nigeria. Pray for Nigeria everyday. Bless Nigeria everyday! Bless and curse not! Resist firmly the urge to peak evil about Nigeria no matter what. Bless again I say and curse not! (Isaiah 45:1-14; Jeremiah 45)
Friends, we are the Heartbeat of Africa! We are the nation that will trigger the abundant prosperity in Africa! It’s just who we are! We must keep praying to God that in 2007, His men and women (i.e. leaders of integrity who have a heart for the people) would come into power in every sector of Nigeria. By 2006, election issues will be heated up in Nigeria. Being and doing right is the key to success.The New Nigeria is dawning upon us! It has already begun! The Nigerian dream (i.e. E GO BETTER!) is indeed becoming a reality! In fact, it is already getting better! In fact, E DON DEY BETTER! Rejoice for you are a part of the story! The solutions are not beyond the shores of Nigeria! We are the solution to Nigeria! Nigeria is going to become a country in which everything works right! BE right! Do right! And we shall see the right things to come to pass! God is indeed at work in us! Everyday you wake up, pray this simple prayer: “GOD BLESS NIGERIA!” and echo it with: “NIGERIA IS BLESSED!”.
